Skilled framing crews for wall, floor, and roof systems — squared and plumbed to plan. The structural shell your build depends on, framed right the first time.
Exterior Trim Packages
Full exterior trim detailing — fascia, soffit, corners, and accents. Clean reveals and tight lines that finish the build and hold up to the coast.
Siding Installation
Fiber cement, lap, and board-and-batten installed weather-tight for the Lowcountry — detailed to take salt air, humidity, and storms without letting go.
Window & Door Install
Rough openings set, flashed, and made weather-tight. Windows and exterior doors installed to spec for performance, smooth operation, and a clean finish.

I started CHS Built to do residential construction the right way here in the Lowcountry: show up, communicate, and build it square and weather-tight — whether it's a ground-up home, an addition, or a remodel.
